Supervision and training

Daniella is passionate about providing supportive, high quality, evidence-based supervision to psychologists (at any stage of career) and training and professional development in psychological practice and mental health for psychologists and other practitioners.

Daniella strives to create spaces to nurture self-reflection, learning and professional development for clinicians. She takes the same person-centred, trauma-informed, ethical approach to supervision and training - this approach includes ensuring that learning spaces are collaboratively adapted to suit the needs of the attendee(s).

Group
clinical supervision

Group supervision can provide a space for 2 or more clinicians to engage in professional development and learning directly through supervision, and indirectly through observing colleagues' practice and contributions.

Daniella provides supervision to groups of psychologists and mental health teams in the private and public sectors.

Open, ongoing group supervision may be available soon (see below).

Group supervision program

Expressions of interest are being accepted for a group supervision program running:

  • Monthly from October 2025

  • Online via Zoom

  • In the evening (6pm for 90 minutes - Sydney time)

  • At a reduced fee per person

  • With a maximum of 6 group members

  • With no ongoing commitment - join one, a few, or all monthly meetings depending on individual needs

The group will allow for new members to join on a rolling and ad-hoc basis with pre-group registration each month to ensure that numbers are not exceeded and for enough time for individual and group learning.

General themes will be offered for supervision and each supervisee is welcome to bring a specific question to each session:

  • Assessment, diagnosis and formulation

  • Risk assessment

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Reflective practice

  • Adapting therapy for neurodivergence

  • Culturally-responsive practice
